Jubilee Government key operatives in desperate meetings to strayegise on how to convince dwindling Jubilee Government support base to remain. Many operatives saying Jubilee will not hold long because of frustrations and dissappointments with their government performance. They are saying nothing substantial can Jubilee government talk home about. Even the little things so far done are insignificant and of little importance to majority population. They are admitting of mistrust and backstabbings as individuals fight to secure contracts and tenders at expense of solidilifying their policy agenda. Finally, the operatives argue that Jubilee government made serious mistakes of antagonizing many people unnecessarily. NIS was caught flat footed by CORD three things: National Referendum, comprehehsive public service audit and county by county development project budget allocations. NIS had plotted end of CORD with Saba Saba Rally.
