Matthew 13:44-46 “The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and covered up. Then in his joy he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field. “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant in search of fine pearls, who, on finding one pearl of great value, went and sold all that he had and bought it. Being part of the kingdom of God is worth everything we have and more! All we have is a loss compared to what we gain through following Christ. In joy, we will give up everything we have to be with Him who became flesh to take our sins on himself. Once we find this treasure, our lives before become irrelevant. Our focus becomes the treasure we have found that is Jesus Christ!
