Common Law(law of the land)—–>Statutory(positive, man-made law or law of the sea(maritime/admiralty) Law *Note Common law is technically positive law because it is man-made but it is derived from God’s/Natural Law. Lawful vs. Legal Mankind vs. Statutory ‘persons’(capacity of a fiction at law) IN law vs. AT law (attorney AT law[fiction] as opposed to brother-IN-law[mankind]) Substance vs. Form Facts vs. Presumptions(of the court) If the Romans killed Jesus - (Gods Law, Natural Law, the Common Law), then why do we CONSENT to live under Roman Civil Law (Statutes & Codes) today? The Romans killed Justice (Jesus), Dont you get it? The Romans killed Gods Law, Natural Law, the Common Law The crucifixion of Jesus occurred during the 1st century AD. According to the accounts in the New Testament, Jesus, whom Christians believe to be the Son of God as well as the Messiah, was arrested, tried, and sentenced by Pontius Pilate to be scourged, and finally crucified Justice-Jesus was killed and the ROMANS ruled during the AGE of Pisces.. For the last 2000 years JUSTICE (Jesus) has been dead, not to return until the END of the EON. An Eon is 2,166 years, which = an AGE. We just left the AGE of Pisces and now entering the AGE of Aquarius. What does this mean? The ROMANS (Roman Civil Law), ruled during the AGE of Aquarius. ITS OVER! The 2,166 years the Romans had to Rule the world is over! Justice (Jesus) returns during the AGE of Aquarius! Jesus (Justice) has already returned and is walking the planet right now. WE are Jesus-Justice! The Great I am and the SHEEP-PEOPLE are waking up in mass numbers. Daniel 12:4 But you, Daniel, keep this prophecy a secret; seal up the book until the time of the end, when many will rush here and there, and knowledge will increase. In Daniel 12: 4, Daniel is instructed to close and seal a book. This book is not to be opened until the (EON) time of the end of the world. Then, he is told something in regard to what will be happening in those final years. 1. In the book of Daniel it says that there will be a great increase in knowledge and transportation at the end time. Information is increasing today at an exponential rate and the computer is giving everyone access to all that information. Travel has become easy. 2. There is a scripture that talks about chariots jostling in the streets in the time when Jacob (Israel) is restored (autos with lights on). Nah 2:4 The chariots rage in the streets; they rush to and fro in the broad ways: the appearance of them is like torches; they run like the lightnings. 3. There are scriptures that could describe aircraft in the time of the day of Judgment. Jer 4:13 Behold, he shall come up as clouds, and his chariots [shall be] as the whirlwind: his horses are swifter than eagles. Woe unto us! for we are ruined. Joe 2:5 Like the noise of chariots on the tops of the mountains do they leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that devoureth the stubble, as a strong people set in battle array. Isa 31:5 As birds hovering, so will Jehovah of hosts protect Jerusalem; he will protect and deliver [it], he will pass over and preserve [it]. Deu 28:49 Jehovah will bring a nation against thee from far, from the end of the earth, as the eagle flieth; a nation whose tongue thou shalt not understand; Jer 49:22 Behold, he shall come up and fly as the eagle, and spread out his wings against Bozrah: and the heart of the mighty men of Edom at that day shall be as the heart of a woman in her pangs. Hab 1:8 Their horses also are swifter than leopards, and are more fierce than the evening wolves; and their horsemen press proudly on: yea, their horsemen come from far; they fly as an eagle that hasteth to devour. CIVIL LAW = Codes of ancient Rome COMMON LAW = The Law of the Land Civil Law: The system of law concerned with private relations between members of a community rather than criminal, military, or religious affairs. the system of law predominant on the European continent and of which a form is in force in Louisiana, historically influenced by the codes of ancient Rome. A civil right is a right given and protected by law [mans law], and a persons enjoyment thereof is regulated entirely by law that creates it. Nickell v. Rosenfield, (1927) 82 CA 369, 375, 255 P. 760. Civil Roman Law is NOT Gods Natural Law (The Common Law), The Law of the LAND.. Dont you see! The character known as the Straw Man represents that fictitious, ALL CAPS, legal fiction - a PERSON, the Federal U.S. Government created with the same spelling as your birth name. Remember what the Straw Man wanted from the Wizard of Oz? A Brain! No juristic person - legal fiction - paper corporation has a brain because he/she has no breath of life. What did he get in place of a brain? A certificate: a Birth Certificate for a new legal creation. He was proud of his new legal status, plus all the other legalisms he was granted. Now he becomes the epitome of the brainless sack of straw who was given a certificate in place of a grain of common sense. Now, what about the Tin Man? Does Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) recall anything to mind? The poor TIN Man just stood there mindlessly doing his work until his body literally froze up and stopped functioning. He worked himself to death because he had no heart nor soul. Hes the heartless and emotionless creature robotically carrying out his daily task as though he were already dead. Hes the ox pulling the plow and the mule toiling under the yoke. These days, his task masters just oil him nightly with beer and place him in front of a hypnotic television until his very existence no longer has any meaning or value. His masters keep him cold on the outside and heartless on the inside in order to control any emotion or feeling that might arise. Are YOU waking up yet? The judge is up there creating law merchant contracts by which the living soul is the surety for their fictitious entity. Then they hold the living soul in the warehouse (jail) until the debt is paid by the International Monetary Fund. These bonds are circulated on Wall Street and the banksters also get into the act. There are people who have found their criminal case number trading at Fidelity Investments worth millions of dollars. The judges and the prosecuting attorneys are making royalties off every case they do. It is just another form of Inquisition, and it has been going on for thousands of years. They are getting the living soul to be a surety for their fictitious entity. Doesnt the Bible tell us not to be the surety for any man? This has been going on for thousands of years! But the stranger that dwelleth among you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt... Leviticus 19:34 ....ye shall have one ordinance, both for the stranger, and for him that was born in the land. Numbers 9:14 Love ye therefore the stranger: for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt. Deuteronomy 10:19 First they get it to the point that there are 2 separate and distinct classes of citizens. Here we see in the old testament, (3000 years ago, or more) and they have 2 classes of citizens, those born in the land and strangers. Could that be US citizens and state citizens? Thou shalt not lend upon usury to thy brother; usury of money; usury of victuals; usury of anything that is lent upon usury: Unto a stranger thou mayest lend upon usury; but unto thy brother thou shalt not lend upon usury; Deuteronomy 23: 19-20 Here we see that they couldnt lend money upon usury to those born in the land, but they could lend money upon usury to strangers. Sounds more and more like US citizens and state citizens doesnt like it! He that is surety for a stranger shall smart for it: and he that hates suretyship is sure. Proverbs 11:15 Based on the US citizen and state citizen, here it saying that a state citizen should NOT be a surety for a US citizen - Ill say!!!!!! My son, if thou be surety for thy friend, if thou has stricken thy hand with a stranger Thou art snared with the words of thy mouth, thou art taken with the words of thymouth. Proverbs 6:1-2 Here it says basically not to be the surety for anybody - Ill say!!!!!!! So why arent the so-called christian churches teaching this stuff? Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God unto the shepherds; Wo be to the shepherds of Israel that do feed themselves; should not the shepherds feed the flock? As I live, saith the Lord God, surely because my flock became a prey, and my flock became meat for every beast of the field, because there was no sheperd, neither did my shepherds search for my flock, but the shepherds fed themselves and fed not my flock. Ezekiel 34:2,8 I believe that it talks about this in the Book of Revelations. ...the great whore that sits upon many waters. With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication...., Revelations Chapter 17:1-2 A whore is someone or something that sells itself for money. Admiralty Maritime Law is the law of the sea (many waters), and there is always lots of money involved. The kings of the earth have certainly engaged in illicit activity (fornication) using Admiraty Maritime Law. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth, Revelations Chapter 17:9 There are 7 hills around Rome, and it is known as the city of seven hills. And the woman which thou sawest is that great city which reigneth over the kings of the earth., Revelations Chapter 17:18 This sounds like Rome. We CANNOT be SURETY for a FICTITIOUS ENTITY! Doesnt the Bible tell us not to be the surety for any man? “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death (positive law, law of the dead, to govern legal fictions, COURT), I will fear no evil (because they are legal fictions [govts and corps] that are NOT REAL. They ONLY exist in the mind’s eye and on paper); for you are with me (Jesus = the divine spirit that our creator bestowed upon mankind, TRUTH); your rod and your staff they comfort me.” WE MUST be in our PROPER person when entering the Court, because if RE-PRESENTED by an ATTORNEY, you GIVE the Court JURISDICTION over YOU. IN PROPRIA PERSONA / Latin for: In proper person “In propria persona.” In one’s own proper person. It was formerly a rule of pleading that pleas to the jurisdiction of the court must be plead in propria persona, because if pleaded by attorney they admit the jurisdiction, as an attorney is an officer of the court, and he is presumed to plead after having obtained leave (permission), which admits the jurisdiction.
