Mature Vandal Draws Penis on Prized Banksy Piece Another day, another penis drawing Police in Kent, England are investigating the vandalism of a prized piece of artwork completed by the famous street artist known as Banksy. Banksy confirmed its authenticity on his website. Due to the cultural importance of Banksys piece, the Shepway District Council chose to protect the artwork by covering it with a clear piece of perspex.
