Mat’land chooses best drivers THE Traffic Safety Council of Zimbabwe (TSCZ) will tomorrow hold a driver-of-the-year competition for the Matabeleland region in a bid to promote safety of road users. Regional traffic safety manager Barbra Mpofu said the competition would start from the TSCZ offices at Fort Street, between Connaught Avenue and Masotsha Ndlovu Avenue in the city, with drivers writing a test followed by a practical skills competition at Birkenhead Terminus in Belmont.
