Maureen Paulson > Work wonders with Bananas: Never-Failing Quick Cocktail 6 portions 10 ml curry powder or 30 g thick white onion soup powder (1/2 packet) ( 30 ml) 75 ml mayonaise 1 x 200 g tin tuna, drained and flaked 3 - 4 bananas slicelettuce leaves For decoration: Paprika, olives, lemon slices Mix curry or soup powder with the maypnaise and mix the fish and bananas. Arrange lettuce leaves in six cocktail shells or glasses. Spoon mixture onto the lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with paprika and decorate with olives and lemon slices. Note: replace fish with chopped left-over chicken or ham or use the more economical pilshards and serve as a light main dish.
