Max Update #2 Picked Max up from the overnight emergency vet this morning and took him to our local Vet Dr Price whom we havent even had a chance to take Max to to introduce and get him set up as a patient. Dr Price looked at the information and without batting an eye told us that he was not the best person for Maxs revovery, how can you not respect a man who looks out for your animals best interest and not just the money side of his profession, Thank you Dr Price we will bring Max back to you when he is well, you will be his Vet as you have proven to me that you have his best interest at heart. So, off to the specialist in Murrieta, Ca. California Veterinary Specialist.... they have 3 top surgeons on staff and 3 offices in Ontario, Murrieta and San Diego... these surgeons Im told are the best. They looked Max over and feel that surgery is needed as soon as possible and not forseeing any complications Max should be fine but will know more when they get the surgery started. All I have to say is the positive attitude of this hospital is amazing and we feel relieved that at this point, although Max is not out of the woods just yet, he is getting the best care possible. Ill send an update as soon as we know more... thanks everyone for the positve thoughts and prayers keep em coming Max and Rachele and I appreciate it.
