May Classes: Tabata Tuesday & Corture Tabata Tuesday: This is a 1/2hr class...trust me that all youll need, of high intensity interval training. This training protocol involves performing a particular exercise (or exercises) at high intensity for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest. This is repeated 8 times for a total training time of 4 minutes. In the 1/2hr we will be doing 3 tabatas along with a quick warm-up and cool down. This class is suited best for intermediate to advance fitness levels. Only 10 spots available per class, $20 for 4 classes. As always Moffitness members receive 50% off! Corture: Build a strong core with the best exercises for your back, abs & obliques. Why do you need a strong core? A strong core will improve your posture, prevent lower back pain, maintain your equilibrium and stability and make your physical movements more powerful.
