May the Word of God dwell richly in you today as you prepare to - TopicsExpress

May the Word of God dwell richly in you today as you prepare to work for His purpose. Jesus knew you before the foundations of the earth. He created you and made you fearfully and wonderfully to accomplish all that is placed before you. He knew the struggles you would face long before this moment and he has equipped you with the tools you need to win the battle. Satan on the other hand seems to walk one step ahead of you speaking lies such as: "Your worthless", "Your alone", "This battle is of your own making", "Your in too deep", "Where is God now?" "Your such a sinner, you do not deserve deliverance!" He knows just how to make you feel lowly and unworthy. He has just the perfect plan to make you hide your face in shame from Jesus. But, this is NOT the will of the one who made you! Think about the transfiguration of Jesus: Matthew 17:6 When the disciples heard this, they fell facedown to the ground, terrified. 7 But Jesus came and touched them. “Get up,” he said. “Don’t be afraid.” 8 When they looked up, they saw no one except Jesus. Think about Stephen: Acts 7:55-56 But Stephen, full of the Holy Spirit, looked up to heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God. 56 “Look,” he said, “I see heaven open and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God.” Think about Jesus Himself......When He looked up he gave thanks on many occasions, praising the Father. Psalms 42:5 says: Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God. Today put on the Full armor of God, look up, and wait on your deliverance! Ephesians 6:10-18 10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
