Maybank Bodoh.......I make payment thru Maybank2u on Thursday.Today I received a sms from AMbank asking me to settle my hire purchase loan. When I check back my acc, the payment has been recredit back to my acc. Why I did not receive any sms from maybank..... I try to log my complaint thru maybank2u but Im unable to send the complaint because I dont have house contact number. the system reject it.isnt it sound stupid. what is the point having a system where its not user friendly to customer...BETTER closed shop n sleep lah...
