Maybe I should go to school for a trade instead of dumb as stars, planets and math. I fried another gearbox in another airsoft gun. I made a 12v battery out of 10 1.2 volts, crancked that sucker open, it fired like a dream for about 3 minutes, then nothing, then the smell of burning electyronic, then too hot to touch. Luckily, the dude at the airsoft store said hed write it up under its warenty, fix it, then back charge the manufacturer. After all, the manufacturer said it can handle an 11.1 lipo wich is the same as a 15 v nihm, so in theory it should have handled a twelve v nihm, even though everyone said not to do it. I think I burnt the trigger contacts because the motor still spins.
