Maybe Ill take my PhD in theatre history, theory, and criticism to Russia after I graduate? Speaking to some theatre educators, Putin said about todays shooting at a Moscow school,A new generation of spectators with good artistic taste should be brought up - capable of understanding and appreciating theatrical, dramatic and musical arts….Had we been doing this properly, maybe there would have been no tragedies similar to todays tragedy in Moscow.
