Maybe its because I didnt have many expectations, but I was pretty impressed in different ways with Noah. Interesting editing choices that I liked (and some I didnt regarding audio), really good tension and suspense build, and interesting story structure for a movie. I think one of the things that stuck out most to me was that fact that as a viewer, I really got to see things from Noahs perspective. The movie added a very human quality to Noah that makes it easy(ish) to see into his mind and feel his burden and confusion of what to do. The theology is a bit skewed but hey, thats Hollywood. At least they didnt somehow cut God out of the picture (which they probably could have done if they wanted to). Also, the watchers were really cool. Big ol stone golems that glow.
