Maybe it’s just me but when something ‘is reported to have taken place’ I always wonder by whom. My suspicion is also raised by excessive use of the word ‘alleged’. And despite the fact that images of dead and injured people, especially children, are horrific I tend to become somewhat sceptical when I fail to spot any discolouration, swelling or other marks on any of the bodies. Considering neurotoxins are known to cause these effects, apart from rapidly setting paralysis of course…
