Maybe some-one knows...I went to the financas this morning to pay taxes for the car. I have a Portuguese plated car, which is 22 years old. I bought it this May. Of course the car is insured. And it had its inspection in June. I also tried to pay the taxes in June, but then the man from financas said I had to pay in November. Now, the woman at the financas said that I couldnt pay because there was no CO2 something (she wrote CO2 on a paper for me). Since my Portuguese is not that good yet, I didnt fully understand it. But....it was not in the computer so I couldnt pay. Now I dont know what to do or where to go.....any-one has a clue on what this means? Thanks!
