Maybe someone on Facebook can help me out. I was going to go see Cantinflas today but I decided to see November Man instead. I remembered that sometime in the late 1970s I was driving an M104 bus up Broadway when I saw a long line of people outside a movie theater. The theater was somewhere between 96th Street and 116th Street. The movie marquee read CANTINFLAS EL GRAN CLOWN DE MEXICO. Now was this guy an actual clown or was he a regular comedian? I dont want to be sitting in the theater surrounded by a bunch of clowns honking their little horns, spraying water out of their boutonnieres and riding around on small tricycles. Also I could be recognized as a Clown Fighter and get my ass kicked. Somebody help me out here.
