Mayor Mermerito Mugerwa,with due respect, I kindly request you to repare the trench which has a road that crosses over it in #Kireku. On that trench,there is a road that crosses over it from Bukasa road to Kireku. That road is being used by many school going children and students from many schools as listed below; 1.KAMPALA ISLAMIC SECONDARY SCHOOL 2.ST.JAMES SECONDARY SCHOOL AND KIRINYA PARENTS 3.BIBLE SCHOOL AND CHURCH IN THAT SWAMPY AREA WHICH QUALIFIES IT TO BE THE MOST VULNERABLE TO HAVE VICTIMS! 4.NAMUWAYA EDUCATION CENTER 5.KIRINYA C/U SECONDARY AND PRIMARY SCHOOL 6.GREEN VALLEY PRIMARY SCHOOL 7.THERE ALSO THOSE FROM NAMBOOLE HIGH AND MANDELA COLLEGE. If you do not respond to my request, any time from now expect what happened to missing Nakato of Bwaise who was taken by running water to the extent that her body even up to today is no where to be seen! !!Do we have effective police? All in all, on Friday it was so worse in that no one could cross over that trench since the speed at which the water was flowing was so high to the extent of washing our the #Ebigoma you placed their. To my surprise, people have constructed houses in that SWAMPY area while the town council you are leading is just quite, Pictures will best show you.
