Maytag Blue Cheese Coleslaw 4 T apple cider vinegar 3 T extra virgin olive oil 3 T white sugar 1 t dry mustard 1/2 t poppy seed 1/4 t salt 1/4 t celery salt 1 bag coleslaw mix (16 ounces) 1/2-1 cup Maytag blue cheese (or any type of blue cheese), add as much as you like In a mixing bowl whisk vinegar, olive oil, sugar, dry mustard, poppy seed, salt, and celery salt, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add coleslaw mix and toss until well coated. Sprinkle in blue cheese and toss again to mix well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
