May’s Best New Car Deals If you’re planning on shopping for a new vehicle before the end of the month, Kelley Blue Book wants you to know about the 10 best deals available right now. KBB’s editors have picked their top 10 new car deals for the month of May. They say that this is a good time to make a deal since the 2015 models will soon be hitting dealer lots, and dealers really want to clear out the 2014s. If you’re leasing, KBB recommends the 2014 Nissan Altima as the best deal going. The Altima is offered at $1,999 at signing, and $189 per month for 36 months. Right behind that is the Ford Flex ($3,769/$189/24), followed by the Ram 1500 Quad Cab ($3,129/$229/36), the Infiniti Q60 ($3,849/$299/39), the Toyota Prius Plug In ($999/$279/36), the Nissan Leaf ($1,999/$199/36) and the Volvo S60 ($1,884/$259/24). In terms of cash-back deals, you can’t beat the one being offered on the Chrysler 300, KBB said. The 2014 300 is being offered with $3,250 cash back, while the Ford Expedition comes with a $5,000 cash back offer. The Fiat 500 is being offered with a $2,000 cash back incentive. So, there you have it: the best deals on new vehicles on offer this month. Remember that lease deals are usually restricted to customers with good credit, and other types of incentives come with restrictions.
