McCulley, John “Jack” Seaton, 81, of Wheeling, WV died on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 in Liza’s Place, Wheeling, WV. He was born April 23, 1933 in Wheeling, WV the son of the late John A. McCulley and Helen McMillan Hundley. Jack graduated from the former Triadelphia High School in Wheeling, WV and attended West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV. He was a member of Stone Presbyterian Church in Wheeling, WV where he was an elder and a deacon. He was a former manager at the former Hundley Motor Company in Wheeling, WV and retired from the WV Department of Education. He was an Army Veteran stationed in Germany in the Radio Core. He was a member of the Elm Grove Lions Club and the Short Circuit Group. He was a past member of the B.P.O.E. Elks Lodge #28 and a former Board Member of the Ohio County Solid Waste Authority. He loved his grandchildren, wife, kids and his two Irish Setters. He was an avid traveler and a boat enthusiast and loved to fish and hunt. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son in law, Clifford Parkison and his step father, William O. Hundley, Jr. Surviving are his loving wife of 59 years, Margaret “Peggy” Dorsey McCulley; a daughter, Debbie Haning and her husband, Morgan of Wheeling, WV; a son, Brian G. McCulley of Triadelphia, WV and his two grandchildren, Joshua and Alexander Parkison both of Wheeling, WV. Friends received on Sunday, January 4, 2015 from 12-3 and 6-8 P M at the Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St, Wheeling, WV (304 242-2311). Services will be held on Monday, January 5, 2015 at 10:30 A M at Stone Presbyterian Church, 25 East Cove Ave., Wheeling, WV with the Reverend Robert P, Nagy officiating. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family in the Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling, WV. Memorial contributions may be made to the Stone Presbyterian Church, 25 East Cove Ave., Wheeling, WV 26003 or Liza’s Place, 308 Mt Saint Joseph Rd, Wheeling, WV 26003.
