Me -1 AT&T Uverse - 0!!! The battery backup thingy keeps going off. We called earlier this week and they told us that we had to call Belkin. Called them and were told it was over 3 years old and no longer under warranty. We would have to pay $130 to replace it. Well, I called the AT&T retention line phone number tonight to ask if we had a contract or if I could switch to another provider. They asked why and I told them it was cheaper to switch than replace the box. Well.....after 10-15 minutes on and off hold, the very nice young man on the other line informed me that a technician would be sent out to fix/replace the box. Not only that.....we DONT have to pay the $99 fee for them to come out!!!! Yay me!!!
