Me & Mama are headed to the 48th Autumn Leaves Festival in my hometown...my old stomping grounds. When I was 8, I remember very clearly flatfootin in the street, while the banjo, mandolin and guitar players played on a stage made of plywood and pallets. This is Redneckedness at its best...and I plan on getting a loose meat sandwich, a funnel cake and a country ham biscuit, maybe all at the same time...its supposed to be a beautiful day and Ive got Mamas wheelchair dressed up and were ready to check out the crafts. And you get extra points if you know what flat footin is without having to look it up ;)
