Each statement in our letter to you is backed by evidence and do have merit. Attached is the Search Warrant that we received from Yahoo indicating that you did contact the Sheriffs Department to pursue charges. Obviously Yahoo does not listen to law enforcement well either (as indicated on page 7)! It does not help your case to continually lie about the situation and say that our allegations have no merit. We also have the posted comments by your district online with regard to Sophias medical records. We have the text messages from your school psychologist recanting statements you had her make for your response to SC Dept of Ed. We have the email your district sent to Sophias psychiatrist about her therapy. We even have the certified mail documents proving that you are back dating your letters to us. We have plenty of evidence showing what you have done. In court we will also request of the judge that the DSS records be opened for the court to view. When you are ready to admit that you have acted in bad faith, admit that you have retaliated, admit that you have purposely refused to accommodate Sophia, and you are ready to settle this matter once and for all, we will stop our complaints, we will stop sharing your bad faith acts with everyone in the general public, and we will stop coming after your district. Until then we will continue to act against your district legally in every way we can. We will forward information on this matter to every individual, organization, government agency and political figure we can until then and we will not stop. You have attempted to destroy Sophia and our family, and we will do everything in our power legally to protect her and our family.
