Me: No, he didnt. Are you saying he died and was replaced by a doppelganger like Paul McCartney, because Eddie Vedder is on tour with Pearl Jam and drinking wine in arenas all over the country. Was he not wearing shoes on one of the album covers? Nikki: I thought Eddie Vedder died in 1997. Me: No, Layne Staley and Kurt Cobain died. Eddie Vedder is still making music.
