Me: well I noticed that this class isnt being offered next semester. What do you suggest I take instead? Dept. Official: who told you to take French as your concentration of you werent going to have time to finish your requirements? Me:.....well I did have time....the department cancelled classes on me twice so that held me back a bit... Official: well...I was going to suggest a class but you dont know any French... Me: but Im taking the prerequisite now... Official: no its going to be too hard for you. Nothing we can do about it..youre just going to have to come back in the fall. Me: are there any summer... Official: no we donT have the budget for that all we dont offer it. Idk what the previous chairperson told you, but he obviously didnt understand what you were telling him. Me: (**what? **) and no other classes are being added to the schedule for spring? Official: nope. Sorry I cant tell you otherwisE Me:..ok gave a good day --------------- What supportive, polite and knowledgeable staff overseeing my educational progress.
