Meagan Skelton tagged me on the book challenge. Boy do I love a good book and feel lost and a drift without them. I echo her thoughts - many of these books are good friends and have been with me for so long. Many Ive reread countless times… 1. Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis - these first hooked me into reading 2. Harry Potter series - this goes without saying….. 3. A Wrinkle in Time, A Wind in the Door, A Swiftly Tilting Planet by Madeleine LEngle - anything by Madeleine LEngle! 4. Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen - always a go-to 5. The Bean Trees by Barbara Kingsolver - anything by Barbara Kingsolver 6. Eat, Pray, Love and The Signature of All Things by Elizabeth Gilbert 7. The Forgotten Garden by Kate Morton 8. The Art of Hearing Heartbeats and A Well Tempered Heart by Jan Philipp-Sendker 9. Collected Poems by Wendell Berry 10. State of Wonder by Ann Patchett I recently read Death Comes to Pemberly by PD James and am reading Mr Churchills Secretary by Susan Elia MacNeal and both are quite good :) Now tagging Chad Pope, Laura Nein, Emily Garman and Jenn Barg on their favorite books :)
