I strongly wonder if that will happen because it will defy logic that President Mugabe and ZANU PF, a party that won a 2/3 Parliamentary Majority enters into a coalition government with people who dismally lost elections whom entering into a coalition government with has proved mediocre and dysfunctional before. If entering a multi-party coalition Gvnt slowly produced a " stable Zimbabwe economy and a new Zimbabwe constitution" and if it proved mediocre and dysfunctional, what are the chances that it will all of a sudden produce something better and different if it is extended for another 5 years because that is what a second GNU essentially means?
