Meanwhile in Racoon City, the Red Queen has shown that she can possess any of her own clones... and thus has infiltrated Weskers base. Alice rushs to the mainframe under Racoon City to shut down the last remaining Red Queen hub... President Wesker takes on a very much alive Nemesis... and reprograms Nemesis to protect Alice before Wesker is killed. Alice finally finds the Red Queens main brain frame(?) and a very much paralyzed comatose Becky (Weskers granddaughter) ... the Red Queen offers a truce... Alice gives her life for Becky and the Red Queen will surrender. Ada does not agree with the terms and betrays the team and destroys Nemesis and mortally wounds Leon! Leon is left to die by Ada on his own so that he will turn into a zombie and kill K-mart (Leons new love interest). A new bread of smarter crazier zombies attack Adas other team on the surface. 2 Alice Clones (from different movies ) face off with one another. It is revealed that each Alice from each arc (movie) has been a different clone all along with a different agenda! Alice #1 wants to save Becky and Alice #2 wants to destroy Becky (Red Queen). They are both leading different teams thought captured by the Red Queen! All remaining Alice clones are killed in the crossfire. The real Ada is revealed to have died during the first outbreak in Racoon city. Upon learning this Ada (clone) decides to disable her own bombs placed within the city. Ada returns to the hive to find both Alice clones mortally wounded and dying. Becky emerges from her sleep as a zombie. Even though the resurrection of Becky failed, the red queen keeps her promise and starts destroying all remaining bio-hazards. Ada finds a family photo in Beckys (the real Beckys) sleep chamber. It contains a family photo of all the main characters with Becky in front. Ada sees the dead Alice Clones and realizes that Alice hasnt been changing her mind. Ada has been receiving different conflicting orders from different Alice Clones. Ada stands in front of millions of sleeping cocooned clones of the original models... to include Leon. Ada (the only remaining being in the world) is conflicted about either waking everyone up.. or just pulling the plug on humanity once and for all!
