For more every day fun, tips, recipes, weight loss support join us here--- https://facebook/groups/letsgetskinnythewrightway/ Ingredients: 6lb ground beef 6 stalks of celery (diced) 2 packs of dry onion soup mix 1/4 cup ketchup 1Tbs Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp garlic salt 1 green bell pepper (diced) 12 crackers (crumbled) 2 cans tomato sauce 2 eggs 4 potatoes (peeled and cut into wedges or chunks) Directions * Preheat oven to 450° * In a large bowl combine all ingredients (except tomato sauce and potatoes) with beef and divide into 2 equal parts. *Place the 2 in a nonstick pan and pack them into shape, evenly (oblong shape) *Bake for 45 minutes at 450° * Pull out of oven and place potatoes around meatloaf then cover meatloaf and potatoes with tomato sauce. * Lower oven to 400° and place meatloaf back in oven for an additional 1 1/2 hours (or until juice comes out clear) * Allow meatloaf to set for 1hr before eating (preferably) Mac & Cheese Ingredients 2 cans cheddar cheese soup 1 c. Mild Cheddar cheese (shredded) 1/2 c. Sharp Cheddar cheese (shredded) 1/2 c. Mozzarella Cheese (shredded) 2 7oz packs of elbow macaroni 2 cups of desired cheese for topping Directions *Cook macaroni as directed then drain * Preheat oven to 350° *Over medium heat, pour soup into a pan and allow it to thin out * Add cheese (one kind at a time) until it is thoroughly cooked and mixed in with soup * Pour macaroni into casserole dish and pour soup over it. Mix well. * Even out flat and cover with desired amount of cheese * Bake for approximately 15 to 25 minutes (until cheese is golden brown) ***Note: If soup mixture is too thick add milk as needed
