You will be responsible for supporting Partner Account Executives to win business using your technical skills and experience. In addition, you will be collaborating with the engineering, product and marketing teams to drive product improvements based on your feedback. You must be able to come up to speed rapidly on our technology and product. We sell our products through a channel model and quality support of our Partners is critical to our success. We are seeking a high-energy, forward-thinking candidate with verifiable skills in technology and a proven ability to communicate sophisticated technical concepts to a wide range of audiences from engineering through executive-level management. Key Areas of Responsibility Support the recruitment and development of Integration and Solution Partners as needed Collaborates with Account Executive on account knowledge Coordinates customer requirements to enable completion of Quote Implements field engagement with all Partner personnel as assigned Performs local training updates for all Partners as needed Completes customer RFI or RFP as required Understands and advises best practices on Service and Support Model with Partner Defines and implements Engineering executive sponsorship involvement with Partner as needed Recommends resources required to increase sales through Partner Will work with the industrial sector mainly pharmaceutical Job Requirements PLC technical experience is a must Experience in pharmaceutical sector is a plus Fluent in English is a must Strong presentation and negotiation skills Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner Good organizational and time management skills Good people skills, for working with a range of colleagues and clients Company Profile (Edit) SICC Barcode Founded in 1984 in Cairo, Egypt, SiCC has grown significantly by offering quality products, a valued customer service and a competitive pricing.
