Media General Operations DISH Network is nearing the end of its contract with Media General Operations, the owner of the local CBS station (WJHL channel number 11) in Tri-Cities, TN DMA. Please note that Media General Operations is demanding unreasonable rate increases to carry the channel mentioned above and has decided to involve our customers by messaging about these negotiations. We are still in active negotiations with Media General and are working in good faith to prevent any channel removal from our customers. We will continue to work diligently for reasonable rates and remain hopeful we can reach a fair agreement.
