Medical Advisor Overall Purpose • Under the direction of Medical Director, providing a high level of medical expertise to achieve MSD’s objectives by supporting marketing & sales functions. • Provide medical guidance and training of medical knowledge to support marketing activities. • Contribute to promote the research image of the company and to establish and develop the professional relations with the key opinion leaders in Thailand. Roles & Responsibility • Provide scientific and medical strategic direction to the development of marketing strategy. • Provide scientific support and involve in various marketing related activities which include value proposition programs, consultation/advisory board meeting, clinical study, and SMP. • Collaborate with Product Managers to establish the scope and content of product-related training programs for PSR including disease background, and treatment guideline/options. • Provide guidance and respond to the medical issues arise from the market. • Support market research projects in term of disease understanding, testing information, review questionnaire. • Establish & maintain scientific relationship with KOLs in various medical discipline Qualifications and Experiences • Medical degree • 6 years experience working in hospital or clinical research • Knowledge of related local regulations, epidemiology, and biostatistics will be advantage • Fluent spoken and written English • Familiar with IT application • Ability to work over office hours. • Ability to travel upcountry and overseas Competency Attributes • Team work & collaboration skills • Communication, presentation and negotiation skills • Systematic Thinking • Planning and Project Management • Problem Solving
