Professional Third Level Qualification preferably in Hospital Management or as a Qualified Doctor would be an advantage2. 35 years experience within Health Insurance or Health Provider environment3. Fluency in English essential an additional European language an advantageExperience Required Control strategies liaising where necessary with other relevant parts of the business· To identify training requirements and in cooperation with other relevant parts of the business to devise and implement strategies to address these needs.· To develop and implement strategies to continually enhance a strong customer focused culture within the office liaising with other relevant parts of the business as necessary.· To develop and continually refine objective mechanisms to measure the productivity and effectiveness of individual members of the Department and to devise and implement strategies to increase their productivity.· To devise and obtain approval for headcount and resource plans which ensure continued delivery of agreed service standards as business levels increases.· To assist in all negotiations where the cost andor quality of treatment provision is under discussion between Allianz Worldwide Care and a provider physician or TPA.· Provide case management for complex and high cost cases. Developing guidelines and protocols for the same.· Continuous improvement of the Medical team processes and ensuring best practice processes are utilized within the Medical team.· Establish and lead an appropriate Operating model for the Regional Medical Services Teams· Assist with claims cost control measurements to ensure that we are providing a cost effective efficient service to clients.
