Medicos en Action are a local group of physicians, nurses and support staff who travel each year to the Gambia to provide much needed services and training. They pay all their own expenses and use their vacation time to do amazing work. Every penny they raise goes into equipment and supplies. There are no paid administrators, everything goes to the provision of services. The team is heading out again in November. Please consider helping them on their way medicos-en-accion/
