Meditate open your chakras..do reiki..pay attention to spirits and the spirit world..why? I am a Psychic Medium and have always had spirit dreams and spirit interaction. LOTS of interaction make sure you ground and tell any spirits around you do not want to interact. Nothing about this is going to hurt anyone. IF anything manifests as a result it is 1) because you are becoming more aware and spirits know this.. or 2) it is being driven out and wants to dig its heels in. Not everything is the devil. And not everything that is not a certain religion is evil! :) The more we open ourselves the more we see the more we see the more we understand and after that the better we defend ourselves against spirits or spiritual upset.
