Meditate with INTENT Day24: Amazing meditation!...blue kyanite and Ameythst in left hand..blindfolded with the track playing thats listed below...powerful track btw***...as i went into my meditative state there was a calmness that came over me...thoughts crossed my mind but all very positive....i let them pass without trying to fight them or think into them....then something interesting happened, i consciously was able to be in the vastness and began to see waves...not formed images but waves...i allowed them to come and go....the more deeply i went into the waves the more my body felt light like a feather....i also felt a sharp sensation in line with my left nostril all the way around my cortex back to my nostril.... then my alarm went off :/ ....next time no alarm!
