***Meditation class this Saturday*** Date - August 3, 2013 Time: 11:00 am-1:00 pm Location -St. Louis County Library Headquarters - East Room 1640 S Lindbergh Blvd, Saint Louis, MO 63131 Class Structure - 1st part - 11:00 am -11:45 am: Introductory Meditation Session- The first part will cover the basic introduction and awakening of the inner energy followed by a short meditation. This session will mainly be beneficial for the first time joiners and recent beginners. 11:45 am-12:15 pm - Q&A from the first session/break/time for direct attendees of the 2nd session to settle themselves 2nd part - 12:15 pm - 1:00 pm: Regular Meditation Session -The second part will be the regular meditation, in which our focus will be longer meditations and deeper discussions on our energy channels and different energy centers. If you have attended previous introductory sessions, you may directly join in the second part. Both the sessions will be open to all. You may choose to attend one of the two or both the sessions depending on your interest and schedule. We look forward to seeing you this Saturday!
