Meet APW member Barbara Marriott in the October issue of the Arizona Professional Writers TypeRider newsletter. Barbaras background includes years in advertising, a stint as a college professor, and 30 years as a Navy wife. She reinvented herself as a book author when she and her husband, Mike, moved to Tucson from Florida. Since 2007, she has published twelve books, fiction and nonfiction, and has another one coming out next year. Her latest book, published in June, is the fictional Take the Train to Tucson.
