Meet Annie. She was surrendered by her family last month at Franklin County Animal Shelter. She had run out of time and our family decided to spring her for being put down. We has recently put 2 of our 3 geriatric dogs down due to illness. Unfortunately, our almost 13 yr old male lab has become a grumpy man since losing his siblings and has not adjusted well to Annie. We have done everything we can to get them comfortable together. We now need to find Annies forever home. A little bit about this sweet gal. She is very loving. She loves people, dogs and kids. She a good energy level for a 10yr old dog and would most likely do well in a home with dogs who like to run and play. She loves belly rubs and company. She is 68lbs as of last Monday at her last visit. She is heart worm negative, very healthy and up to date on all vaccines. She just had her flee and Rick treatment for the month and heart guard. She has a beautiful shiny coat and an even shinier personality. We would love to find her forever family soon as she gets sad having to be separated from our dog when he acts jealous. We certainly welcome visitors to meet Annie. Please PM me if you feel you might be a right for this sweet gal. I have all vet paperwork and records. We are sad we cannot keep her but want her to go to a loving home which she deserves.
