Meet Cocoa, she is a 2 year old domestic short-haired cat with Cerebellar hypoplasia. Cerebellar hypoplasia is an embryonic developmental disorder in which the cerebellum is either missing entirely or is smaller than usual. What does this mean? Basically that she was born with this condition and has problems with balance. This condition doesnt bother Cocoa. She is the most affectionate and playful cat. She would love a home where she is contained in a smaller area where she can easily access her food, water, litter box, playing and resting places. Our veterinary staff doesnt anticipate extra veterinary visits because of her condition and she expected to live as long as any other cat. If you would like to meet Cocoa we are open today from 10:30 am - 5 pm for adoption.
