Meet Kristy East. A 2 time Gritter!!!! When I signed up for GRIT, I wasn’t sure what I had done. I did know that I had tried everything - and nothing really ever worked - until now. GRIT is absolutely the most difficult thing I have ever put myself through, but I can see it’s worth it. Since GRIT started, I have lost 15 pounds, 12 inches from my waist and hips, and 2 pant sizes. I can open my closet and put on the things I have not been able to wear in a year. Those results alone are enough to make me keep going, but the nutrition part of GRIT has also changed me. The 21 day challenge and the 80/20 plan have made me learn to eat healthier and make better food choices. I eat what my body needs instead of what my brain wants. My energy level is higher, I don’t have to hit the snooze ten times in the morning and best of all, my total cholesterol dropped over 100 points!
