Meet Pat! Pat has been a loyal SPCA Tampa Bay volunteer since 1990… That’s 24 years and an estimated 4,992 volunteer hours! After adopting a Golden Retriever in February of 1990 Pat started as a Dog Walking volunteer and also helped show dogs and cats to perspective adopters. Back then, Pat was also working full time as an Emergency Room nurse at Morton Plant. The SPCA was quite a different place back then; many of the buildings that are now part of our daily operations did not yet exist. Pat loves Lowry Park Zoo and the Florida Aquarium. Her favorite things about SPCA Tampa Bay are the caring people she gets to work with, clean facilities, and animals that are being treated well. Thank you Pat for all you do! You are appreciated!
