Energy: lively terrier Barking: will probably alert bark Size: small at about 12 lbs. and may be 15-18lb. fully grown Kids: over 6 yrs. please Cats: this breed may bark at cats Dogs: yes Health: excellent We rescued Pepper and her sister Inky from being passed around craigslist - their owner had moved suddenly and left the poor girls behind! They are sweet but have been smacked in the past (duck from hands). They are not housetrained and the abuse probably came from that, so their adopters will need to start from square one - supervision, reduce space (not free roaming the house) and frequent outings. Housetraining should not be a series of smacking the puppies! Prevention is the key! They are dear little girls and will be excellent pets in their new homes despite the rocky past!
