Meet RUFUS: Rufus has been at the shelter since August waiting for his special person to fall in love with him. This boy is a lover - He loves to be loved on. Rufus was an owner turn in because the kids wouldnt take care of him and they said he went after another dog. Rufus and I went on a long walk prior to doing his video and he made no move toward the dogs we passed, so perhaps that was just a typical owner excuse.
