Meet Sunflower! A Good Samaritan found this girl wandering the streets alone Thursday evening and contacted us to scan her for a microchip. What a relief to find she was chipped and the owner could be contacted to be reunited with this beauty ... or so we had hoped. Sadly, even though the owner adopted this girl from a shelter earlier this year to give her what shouldve been a forever home, we were told they had given her to someone through a Craigslist ad. They couldnt remember who that person was, but also didnt want her back. We cant even fathom why, but their loss will be someone elses huge gain because this little pocket pittie is amazing! Everyone who meets her is instantly smitten with her. Not only is she absolutely gorgeous, shes extremely good natured and sweet. Shes such a happy girl and her tail doesnt stop wagging. Sunflower is such a joy to be around, playful yet a medium energy girl who has great manners and doesnt have a care in the world. Shes polite, enjoys spending time with anyone who is lucky to be in her company and walks great on leash. She will be a great addition to one lucky family!
