Meet Theo! This little firecracker is 8 weeks of age (born May 30) and a Shepherd mix. Theo was found as a stray on a northern reserve. He is being treated for some hair loss which is most likely due to a common non contagious mange that due to malnutrition his body was unable to fight off on its own. His foster home tells us he is fearless and loves to try and get his foster sister to play with him.
