Meet our TRT: Teacher Ranger Teacher (TRT) is a professional development opportunity for educators from K-12 schools to learn about National Park Service education resources and themes. This season, Lisa Holtz, a third grade classroom teacher at Maple Avenue Elementary School in Claremont, NH (part of SAU #6), is Saint-Gaudens TRT. Lisa is working on using the park as a platform for place-based ecology education in a year-long unit for her students that aligns with the Next Generation Science Standards.
