Meet the #DCAT2014 Speakers: #DCAT2014FaithInTheMarketplace KEN SILVA Kenneth Silva has recently joined the staff of New Hope O`ahu (NHO) as Executive Pastor Extension/Operations. He has been a member of the church for many years and has been on the church council for the last four years. He came to NHO from the American Red Cross Pacific Region where he served as the Chief Operating Officer. His responsibilities included administering and coordinating the region’s organizational and business activities. Ken served as Fire Chief of the Honolulu Fire Department for 7 years and has over 30 years of leadership, supervisory, administrative, and command experience with the Honolulu Fire Department. Ken is married to his wife Terri-Lynn and has two children, Taylor Rae and Riggs. Join the Thursday breakout session The Church in our Government Community to hear him speak.
