Meet the beautiful Bryony Lancaster from Egg Of The Universe. She will be co teaching our class for Salute to the Sunrise. We asked her some questions on transition and community: 1. Whats your favorite sunrise memory? During a group meditation at Balmoral Beach where as the sun crept over the horizon, we were able to sense the potency and beauty of its power. 2. What is your mantra when going through times of transition? Pause. Breath. Soften. 3. What do you love about the inner west community? The amount of vibrant, interesting and warm people who are open to connecting with one another and in doing so, making the experience of ever day life so much richer. 4. Whats the greatest lesson Yoga has given you? It opened the door to a healthier body, a more connected heart and a deeper awareness of mind.
