Megans recovery (3 weeks post surgery) has been filled with baby steps of progress! With my encouragement, she is showering on her own, drying her own hair, sitting up to watch TV for longer periods of time, has discontinued all strong pain meds, and still shows off her dimples when she smiles or laughs! Also, we just got back from another outing where she walked around and sat up for more than an hour!
